The apartment has an open floor plan with modern appliances. Expect a modern apartment with old country charm when you step into this unit. The floors may be porcelain tile and the American bar may provide a modern look but the building is set in a historic part of Medellin.
Conveniently located close to the stadium, restaurants and shopping malls. The sports complex (sometimes called the stadium) with swimming pools, soccer fields, tennis courts and a gym that visitors may use for a nominal fee.
